I completed a PhD degree at the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT in September 2013. I completed my Masters degree from the same department in May 2011. During my PhD, I worked as a research assistant in the International Center for Air Transportation (ICAT) and the Laboratory for Aviation and the Environment (LAE).

Currently, I work as a scientist with the research division of TATA Consultancy Services, in Mumbai (India). My primary research focus is on using control theory, probability, and machine learning to develop control algorithms for networked systems. I have experience in the domains of air transportation, railways, supply chain, logistics, and renewable energy systems. An April 2020 version of my resume can be found below.
