2019-2020 PTA Committee & Class Parent Sign-Up Information

Please share your time and talents to make the upcoming school year better than ever.  Consider volunteering for the PTA. Your participation is most welcome and appreciated!

 Class Parent Volunteers

We are in need of volunteers to be class parents for the upcoming school year.  Generally, three parents are selected for each class.  Class parent responsibilities are included on the below sheet, so please read carefully.  Selections will be made in late summer after class lists are finalized.

Chairperson and Committee Sign-up

PTA cannot offer the many programs and events for our children without help from you.  Attached is a brief description of our committees along with a sign-up form.  Please indicate the committees and chair positions in which you are interested.

Since we know that many of our parents work outside the home, we have indicated which committees require a daytime commitment and which are after-school or can be done in your spare time. Any time you are able to donate is very much appreciated!  We want your PTA experience to be enjoyable so please don’t feel intimidated about signing up for a chairperson position.  Knowledgeable volunteers will be available to guide you every step of the way!  

To volunteer for a class parent position and PTA committees, please print out and return your completed forms with any new ideas or suggestions in an envelope marked “Harley Committee Sign Up/Class Parent” or email to harleyavenuepta@gmail.com no later than June 7, 2019.
