To facilitate, schedule, and complete vehicle maintenance and repair bookings.
To display real-time service progress via map integrations.
To manage user accounts, authenticate logins, and provide customer support.
3. Data Storage & Security
We store and protect your data using Supabase cloud infrastructure with encrypted data transfers and secure access controls. We take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information.
4. Payments
Harivo currently does not process online payments in-app. All service fees are settled directly between the user and the service provider offline.
5. Data Sharing
We share relevant contact and location information with assigned service partners solely to fulfill your booked requests.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or legal proceedings.
