BIO
LORD BEATJITZU is a beatmaker originally from Mexico City D.F. who stays studying and constantly honing his craft. Extremely reclusive and low key, he is known strictly through sparse collaborations and various beat tapes which he has put out online posting in various forums such as SP Forums and Wu-Tang Corp, starting in 2006 with Beatjitzu Vol. 1 (released under the name 5 Element Ninja). Since then, armed with SP-404s, 202s, and all types of other equipment, together with Wu-Tang kung fu flicks and Wu-Tang records, Beatjitzu has grown a substantial cult following by putting out over 100 beat tapes and collaborations under an innumerable amount of known and unknown aliases. Beatjitzu is unique in his ability to completely alter his production style depending on which character he is presenting and each character has their own cult followings.
From 2016-2020 Beatjitzu would release a series of limited cassette tapes with Asgard Records, Sacred Jade Palace and Tree Demon Tapes ending in 2020 with "Wu-Tang Gadgetry". He then moved to strictly vinyl projects releasing his first full length vinyl release ever "Bruce Li in Beat Kune Do" via Grilchy Party in 2020. According to Grilchy Party head honcho MarQ Spekt, "Beat Kune Do" was actually going to be Beatjitzu's very last project. His previous tape release "Wu-Tang Gadgetry" was also released by Asgard Records as "Beatjitzu's last ever beat tape" and though no more cassettes have dropped since, MarQ would urge LBJ straight away for the concepts to his next projects which ultimately would lead to LBJ not retiring at all (will he ever? surely NOT!). So, joining with Grilchy he would fully produce the album "Perverted & Drunken" for Clever 1 of Da Buze Bruvaz: artists who were no stranger to rhyming over Beatjitzu tracks. Continuing forward, he then would drop "Bruce Li's Greatest Punches" and "Mazinga!" which along with Beat Kune Do were mostly greatest hits of his past beat tapes that fans were lucky to now be able to own on vinyl. In 2022 he released "A Night With Phyllis Dilla At The Congo Bongo Casino Resort And Spa". His physical releases are all sold out and are all heavily sought after by collectors.
Throughout his entire career Beatjitzu has dropped beat tape after beat tape online, usually for free, even during the physical era (2016-now). Originally posting on MySpace, then dropping Megaupload (etc.) links on forums, and then moving onto Bandcamp and SoundCloud. LBJ's habit of deleting pretty much every beat or beat tape he's ever posted online makes for collecting his digital collection just as difficult as the physicals! Coming in at over 124 tapes though, a number which doesn't even include collaborations.... it is a hard feat to ask.
In 2022 he vowed to make 404 beats using only the SP404 and using only samples from his own physical collection. Continuing in the same vein as he has through his whole career (note that he has made this vow twice before and other vows aswell!) he would delete his Bandcamp in June 2022 having released 222 of them to the public.

DON'T FORGET, NO YOUTUBE DIGGING. STRICTLY VINYL ONLY!! LORD BEATJITZU TEACHES US ONLY THE BEST !!!
Wu-Tang acapellas
I could do an entire section on the Ol' Dirty Bastard but I will keep it to just the Clan. There are entire tapes dedicated to specific members (GZA and Method Man being two others) but ODB has a special place in LBJ's repertoire. Even on the most random tapes you'll hear a random ODB clip. This documentary featurette from the "Free To Be Dirty Live" DVD which was always a favourite of mine is also heavily utilised.
RZA and Ghostface are the next two voices you will hear most after ODB.
The rest of the Clan all make appearances aswell, as well as many Killa Beez.
KUNG FU FLICKS
Primarily anything also used by the Wu-Tang Clan
Mostly stuff with Yuen Siu-tien who played Sam Seed aka the Old Dirty Bastard.
Peace to Rubber Legs too
BRUCE LI
A treasure trove of Bruce Lee copycat films from the late 70s early 80s
JIM KELLY
Jim Kelly flicks, namely Black Belt Jones
NINJA TERMINATOR (1985)
This film is sampled so much it's insane.
Mostly under his Supreme Ninja alias but also Gordon Da Lo-Fi Ninja and even on the Wu-Cult Killahz tape!
The "SUPREME NINJA!" line is used over and over and even used (bitten lol) by other artists like MUJO.
You can also find here the legendary line: "We have to reform the ninja empire"
And the infamous Garfield Phone that has graced some of the artwork for his tapes.
Billy Mitchell / Chasing Ghosts (2006) / King Of Kong (2007) /Videogames
For his Mazinga / Billyjitzu aliases he uses a lot of interviews with videogame legend/crook Billy Mitchell and from the films mentioned
Soundbites from Pac-Man and other games aswell taken from the docs.
Sampled for releases under the Mazinga alias
Joey Diaz once did some skits as "Joey Karate"
Mostly used on Ol Dirty Loops aka Raiderz of Wutang
Reggae samples
Lots of soundclash samples aswell as interviews from Lee "Scratch" Perry and Bob Marley
Bruce Li In Jamaica is a great introduction to this

sidenotes about some of these artists:
Lord Motuidee actually did the artwork for some of LBJ's beat tapes: on one of them everything is the same except the artist and album name lol
Backshot Entertainment actually released two tapes as Godz of Wutang but LBJ has confirmed that they're not his works
There are also at least three or four times where LBJ mentions both MUJO and Lord Motuidee in his release post threads aswell as other SP natives
Kabuki Ninja LoFi also dropped Secret Manuscript 202 which is all samples from Ninja Terminator. Definitely LBJ influenced
Although he is in this section he is a part of this TDT release along with Green Dutch and Spearman, credited as "Deadly Elegance"
as for MUJO...
"Yo MUJO a VS tape is never gonna happen!
How you gonna battle Me with a Style that Aint yours?!?!
I repeat MUJO is not LORD BEATJITZU!
