This Privacy Policy explains how Happy Polygon (“the App”, “we”) handles information when you use our iOS mini-game collection.
The App is free with optional ads. You may purchase a one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase. We do not create user accounts and we do not sell your personal information.
Gameplay data on device — high scores, language, mute, floor progress, and whether ads were removed (stored with Apple’s UserDefaults / Keychain-style local storage).
Game Center — if you sign in, Apple Game Center may process your Game Center ID and leaderboard scores under Apple’s privacy terms.
Purchases — Apple processes payment for Remove Ads. We only receive a purchase confirmation from StoreKit (no full card details).
Advertising — if ads are enabled, ad partners (for example Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and interaction data to show and measure ads, subject to their policies and your tracking choices.
On iOS 14.5+, personalized ads may request permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can refuse. You can also limit ad tracking in iOS Settings. Choosing Remove Ads stops third-party ads in the App.
Run gameplay, save progress, and restore purchases

We share data only with:
Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Game Center)
Advertising SDKs you have not removed via Remove Ads (e.g. Google)
We do not sell personal information.
The App is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of selling data. Parents may use Remove Ads and device parental controls.
Local gameplay settings remain on your device until you delete the App or clear data. Ad partners retain data per their own policies. Purchase records are kept by Apple.
