The Happy Hand Class announce the partnership with -startoons- after the release of Rucui opening in a short introduction to the company's history with CEO Happy Hand as the star speaker. Along with this, -startoons-, the Garlic Snakes Executive in Finance, and the Rucui business finance manager also say a few words at the announcement ceremony. 

The partnership also includes ST3D's Core AI, Joepotle, and -startoons- Sector which all are worth a large sum of money.

They say that the partnership won't bring any major changes to it's quality, price, and effort and will still continue to operate in all major countries across the globe.
