Throughout this document, "the app," "the game," and "this application" all refer to Happy Driving Simulator, while "we," "us," and "our" refer to the developer.
Happy Driving Simulator incorporates software components developed by parties other than the developer. These components are integrated to support advertising and basic analytics functions within the app. Specifically:

Game-related data such as progress and settings remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes this data. Information transmitted to third-party providers is subject to their respective retention schedules. Happy Driving Simulator is intended for a general audience and is not designed to attract children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
