About me
I currently hold a position at Universidad de Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) in the group of Carlos Mora-Corral.
I am associated to the AEI-DFG project Nonlocal Gradients in Variational Analysis and Materials Modelling: Limits, Kernels, Boundaries
jointly led by Carlos Mora-Corral (UAM) and Carolin Kreisbeck (KU Eichstätt).
I recently completed my Ph.D. at TU Wien with a thesis titled Modern phenomena in micromagnetics from a variational point of view,
focussing on homogenization problems in the framework of micromagnetics.
I enjoyed the joint supervision of Elisa Davoli (TU Wien) and Giovanni Di Fratta (Università degli Studi di Napoli)
and was associated to the FWF project Analysis and modeling of magnetic Skyrmions led by Giovanni Di Fratta.
Research interests
At the moment my research focuses on:
Nonlocal gradients in the Calculs of Variations
Multiscale homogenization of heterogeneous and high contrast materials in micromagnetics, local and non-local
Variational analysis of micromagnetic Skyrmions

"Nach meinem Urteil ist das größte Verdienst des Forschers, Dasein zu enthüllen, und zu offenbaren. Erklärung ist ihm Mittel, Weg zum Ziel, nächster - niemals letzter Zweck. Sein letzter Zweck ist, was sich nicht erklären lässt: Das Unauflösliche, Unmittelbare, Einfache."
- Friedrich Heinrich Jacobi
