At here, we care about your personal data, so we have prepared this privacy policy to explain how we collect, use and share it. This privacy policy details the personal data receives about you, how we process it and your rights and obligations in relation to your personal data. By using or accessing the service, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications that we operate (collectively, the "Apps"). The features and related data-processing activities described in this Privacy Policy may vary among the Apps. Not every data practice described below applies to every App. Where the data-processing practices of a specific App differ, we provide an application-specific disclosure.
"Personal Data" refers to any information that identifies or relates to a specific individual, including "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" as defined by applicable data privacy laws. We collect, process, and use your personal information only after obtaining your explicit consent to provide our Services.
Account Data: Name, email address, zip/postal code, username, and profile picture.
Social Media Data: If you sign up via third-party services (e.g., Facebook), we may receive your friends list, IP address, and unique IDs.
Interactive features & Surveys: Information provided when participating in surveys or using interactive app features.
Payment Data: If you choose to purchase any virtual goods, we or our third-party service providers may collect: Purchase history (this does NOT include payment method details or banking information which is collected and processed by a third-party).
AI Input Content: When a user voluntarily uses an AI feature in an Applicable App, we process the text prompts, images, videos, and audio specifically submitted or selected by the user. We may also process generation settings, including the selected model, duration, and aspect ratio, to complete the user’s request. We do not access or upload the user’s entire photo library. The specific data sent to a third-party AI provider is described under "Application-Specific AI Disclosures."
When you use our services, we may collect information regarding your activities and your device:
Identifiers: IP address, MAC address, Cookie identifiers, Advertising ID (GAID, IDFA, IDFV), IMEI, and OAID.
Device Info: Hardware model, operating system, browser type, device name, network provider, and zip code.
Usage Data: Pages or features visited, location, time of use, feature interactions, task status, error events, and diagnostic information. User-submitted prompts, images, videos, and audio are described separately under “AI Input Content” and are not treated as Usage Data in this Privacy Policy.
Local File and Storage: We use local shared objects to enhance user experience, for example, storing your city and weather data, pictures after processing, user preferences and settings.
Location Information: When using location-enabled features, we may collect your actual location (e.g., GPS signals) to provide location-based features.
Cookies: We use cookies (small data files stored on your device) to provide customized information during your subsequent visits.
Web Beacons: Our pages may contain web beacons (clear gifs or pixel tags) to count visitors and gather related usage statistics.
About Facial Data
<Facial Data We Process> When a user voluntarily initiates an AI face-swapping feature in an Applicable App, we process the original images or videos specifically selected by the user and facial data derived from those materials. Derived facial data may include face-detection results, facial landmarks or key points, facial expressions, and other facial feature data. If the feature allows the user to submit a text prompt, we also process that prompt to complete the requested operation. We do not access or upload the user's entire photo library. Only the images or videos specifically selected or created by the user for the requested feature are processed.
<Purpose of Processing> The submitted content and derived facial data are used solely to perform the AI face-swapping operation requested by the user, generate and deliver the requested result, and allow the user to retrieve the result during the applicable retention period.
Facial data is not used for identity verification, user authentication, advertising, tracking, user profiling, or the creation of a facial-recognition database. Neither we nor the service providers processing facial data on our behalf use facial data to train, fine-tune, or improve generative AI models, facial-recognition models, or other machine-learning models.
<Facial Data Sharing and Cloud Infrastructure> We do not send or share the original images or videos selected for the AI face-swapping feature with any third-party AI service. We also do not send or share derived facial data, including facial landmarks, facial key points, facial expressions, or other extracted facial features, with any third-party AI service. For this feature, Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. provides cloud infrastructure services used to host or support our processing systems. The original media and derived facial data are not submitted to the provider's third-party AI generation service. Facial data is processed only to complete the face-swapping operation requested by the user.
<Facial Data Retention> Derived facial data, original images or videos submitted for face swapping, and the corresponding generated results are retained on our active systems for no longer than seven days. This limited period is used only to complete the requested operation and allow the user to retrieve the generated result. After the seven-day retention period expires, the data is automatically deleted from our active systems.
Gallery, Camera & Microphone
Our Apps may request access to the camera, microphone, or photo library when required by a feature voluntarily activated by the user. We do not access or upload the user's entire photo library. Only the images, videos, or audio specifically selected, recorded, or created by the user for the requested feature are processed. Depending on the Applicable App and feature, this content may be uploaded to our servers or sent to a third-party AI provider as described under "Application-Specific AI Disclosures."
Storage of Generated Assets
Certain Apps may store generated images, videos, audio, previews, and task records on our servers so that users can view and manage their creation history. Storage practices and retention periods may vary by Applicable App. Users may delete generated assets through the deletion function provided in the Applicable App. For SeeGen, the applicable input and output retention periods are described under "Application-Specific AI Disclosures."
Third-Party AI Processing and Data Sharing
When a user chooses to use a SeeGen AI generation feature that requires third-party AI processing, SeeGen requests the user’s explicit permission before sending the user's data to the third-party AI provider.
After the user grants permission, the data is transmitted from the user's device to the SeeGen API, from the SeeGen API to the Volcengine API, and then returned through SeeGen's systems to the user's device. Generated content may be temporarily stored on SeeGen’s servers as described below.
SeeGen sends the following data to Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. , the provider of the applicable Volcengine AI generation service:
Text prompts;
Images selected by the user;
Videos selected by the user;
Audio selected by the user;
and Generation settings, including the selected model, duration, and aspect ratio.
This third-party AI processing disclosure does not apply to the AI face-swapping feature described under "Facial Data Processing." The original media and derived facial data used for that feature are not submitted to a third-party AI generation service.
Purpose of Processing
The data is used only to generate the AI content requested by the user and to perform automated content-safety checks.
AI Training
Neither we nor Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. uses the prompts, images, videos, audio, generation settings, or generated results submitted through SeeGen to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
Automated Content-Safety Review
Content-safety review is performed automatically. Neither we nor Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. uses human reviewers to examine user-submitted content or generated results as part of the ordinary AI generation and content-safety review process.
Provider Retention
Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. retains the inputs submitted for an AI generation request and the corresponding generated outputs for no longer than 24 hours.
SeeGen Retention
SeeGen retains the inputs submitted for an AI generation request, including prompts, images, videos, audio, and generation settings, and the corresponding generated outputs on its active systems for no longer than seven days.
After the seven-day retention period expires, the inputs and generated outputs are automatically deleted from SeeGen's active systems.
Permission
No prompts, images, videos, audio, or generation settings are sent to Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. before the user taps "Allow & Continue."
If the user taps "Don't Allow," SeeGen will not send the data to the third-party AI provider. The user may continue browsing the App, but AI features that require this provider will remain unavailable.
Withdrawal of Permission
Users may withdraw permission for third-party AI data sharing at any time through:

After permission is withdrawn, SeeGen stops sending new user content to Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. The user may continue browsing the App. If the user later attempts to use an AI feature that requires the provider, SeeGen will request permission again.

Cloud Processing: Depending on the Applicable App and feature, AI input content may be processed through servers controlled by us or sent to an identified third-party AI provider after the user grants permission. For SeeGen, the applicable processing path, provider, data categories, purposes, and retention periods are described under "Application-Specific AI Disclosures."
AI Training Policy: AI training practices may vary among the Apps and service providers. For SeeGen, neither we nor Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. uses submitted prompts, images, videos, audio, facial data, generation settings, or generated results to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
Safety Filtering: We may use automated tools to screen AI input content and generated output to prevent the creation of harmful, illegal, abusive, or prohibited content. For SeeGen, content-safety review is automated, and no routine human review is performed by us or Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd.
Administrative Purposes: Pursue legitimate business interests such as research and development; perform network and information security; prevent fraud; ensure internal quality control; verify an individual's identity; and conduct audits.
Personalization: To tailor and deliver personalized content and advertisements to you.
Marketing: We may use your email address to send you news, offers, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email.
Advertising Partners: We share device identifiers and usage data with third-party partners for "interest-based advertising".
Service Providers: We engage providers for analytics, marketing, and customer service activities. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor have we sold personal data in the past 12 months.
AI Service Providers: After obtaining the user’s explicit permission, certain Apps may send user-submitted content and related generation settings to third-party AI providers to complete the AI operation requested by the user.
For SeeGen, the recipient is Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. The data categories, purpose, processing path, retention periods, training practices, and permission controls are described under "Application-Specific AI Disclosures."
Legal and Safety: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations (e.g., subpoenas), protect our rights or users' safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred to the successor entity.
We seek to protect your Personal Data using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures. For example, the Services use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of Personal Data. We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide our Services, fulfill collection purposes, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
For SeeGen, Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. retains AI generation inputs and corresponding outputs for no longer than 24 hours. SeeGen retains AI generation inputs and corresponding outputs on its active systems for no longer than seven days. Facial-processing data is also retained on our active systems for no longer than seven days.
You are also responsible for protecting your account by securing your password, limiting device access, and logging out after use. Please report any unauthorized access to us immediately.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data about children under 16 years of age. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Mobile Devices: You may opt-out of push notifications or precise location collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.
Opt-out of Ads: You can reset your Advertising ID to opt-out of personalized advertisements.
Privacy Rights: Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
Rectification: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

AI Data Sharing Consent
Users may refuse or withdraw permission for third-party AI data sharing without losing access to portions of the Applicable App that do not require the relevant AI provider.

After permission is withdrawn, SeeGen stops sending new user content to Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. If the user later attempts to use a feature requiring this provider, SeeGen will request permission again.
Sharing Content: Content you share publicly (e.g., photos, videos) via our app is at your own risk. We cannot control how third parties interact with your shared content.
Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at: haoappfeedback@outlook.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
Right to Know: Request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
Right to Request Deletion: Request that we delete personal information under certain circumstances.
No Sale of Personal Information: Note that the CCPA defines "sell" very broadly. However, we do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor have we sold it in the past 12 months. We also do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
