My name is Han K. Oh, and I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Tilburg University located in the Netherlands.

My research interest lies in the interface between behavioral operations and business analytics, focusing on business context in the retail industry. Specifically, I study how managers interact with algorithms to make better operational decisions.

After high school, I relocated to the Republic of Korea, where I obtained a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a B.S. in Business and Technology Management from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology).
