I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, HKUST Business School. I received a Ph.D. in Marketing (Consumer Behavior) from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. My research focuses on payment methods, consumer finances, interpersonal relationships, and consumer satisfaction.
