I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Faculty of Business. My research streams incorporate insights from organizational theory, entrepreneurship, and strategic management to explore how how diverse events occurring inside firms (e.g., mobility of key employees, status changes of managers, or AI-based workplace technologies introduction) and outside organizations (e.g., CSR policy change, trasparency policy, social media exposures, misconduct of peers, etc.) affect key organizational processes for firms' innovation and creative outcomes.
