Pioneering Deformable Optoelectronic Systems through Advanced 3D Heterogeneous Integration
Our team is dedicated to overcoming the structural and functional limitations of conventional electronics to realize high-performance deformable optoelectronic systems. As materials scientists and device engineers, our mission is to establish a new paradigm in system integration by 3D heterogeneous integration of inorganic thin-films, enabling the creation of ultra-compact and multi-functional electronic platforms.
For achieving these objectives, we explore fundamental questions on how to architect inorganic semiconductors into deformable forms with their superior optoelectronic properties. Our research covers the full hierarchy of device technology, from micro/nano-fabrication to the complex integration of dissimilar materials. By bridging material innovation with system engineering, we develop precision bio-electronics and next-generation displays that seamlessly adapt to any curvilinear surface.
