Welcome to Handy Balls, developed by Guruconn.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Handy Balls mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Handy Balls, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Handy Balls is provided for personal and entertainment use.

You may use the App only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, Google Play's applicable terms and policies, and any other rules that apply to your use of the App.

You must not:

•  Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the App or its services.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

• Circumvent or attempt to bypass the App's subscription, advertising, purchase, security, or gameplay systems.

• Use unauthorized tools, modified versions, cheats, exploits, or other methods intended to obtain paid or restricted features without authorization.

2. Game Features and Content

Handy Balls may provide free and premium gameplay features.

Premium features may include, depending on the version of the App and your active subscription:

• Skip "Restart Level" via Rules.

• Access to all Levels 1–12.

• Access to Hard Levels 9–12.

• Set Your Custom Rules.

• Unlimited Moves.

• Unlimited Undos.

• Ad-Free Experience.

• Access to other Pro features that may be introduced or included in the premium experience.

Game features may be changed, improved, removed, or updated from time to time to maintain, improve, or balance the game.

 3. Premium Subscriptions

Handy Balls offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions through Google Play Billing.

The subscription plans currently offered are:

• Monthly Premium: $3.99 per month, auto-renewing.

• Yearly Premium:  $9.99 per year, auto-renewing.

Your actual price may be displayed in your local currency and may vary by country, currency, taxes, applicable fees, or Google Play's localized pricing.

The subscription continues automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Google Play to charge the applicable subscription price at the beginning of each billing period according to the subscription terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

4. Promotional Pricing and Savings

Handy Balls may display promotional savings, discounts, or comparisons between subscription plans in the App.

Any displayed percentage savings, such as a comparison between the monthly and yearly plans, may vary depending on the user's country, currency, localized Google Play pricing, taxes, and pricing calculations.

Promotional displays do not change the underlying subscription price, billing frequency, or renewal terms shown by Google Play at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the App or Google Play, the Yearly Premium plan is an auto-renewing yearly subscription at the applicable yearly price.

 5. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are for an indefinite term and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

For the Monthly Premium plan, renewal occurs monthly.

For the Yearly Premium plan, renewal occurs yearly.

The applicable renewal price is the subscription price presented by Google Play for the user's subscription at the time of renewal, subject to any valid price changes, applicable taxes, or other adjustments permitted by Google Play and applicable law.

Google Play may notify users about applicable subscription or price changes in accordance with its policies.

6. Cancellation and Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play.

Uninstalling Handy Balls does not automatically cancel your subscription.

After cancellation, access to premium features will generally continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through your Google Play account's subscription management settings:

Google Play's subscription cancellation, renewal, refund, and account-management rules may apply to your purchase.

7. Payments and Refunds

All subscription payments are processed through Google Play Billing.

Guruconn does not directly process your Google Play subscription payment details.

Refunds are subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies, applicable law, and any refund rights that may apply in your country.

Except where required by applicable law or where otherwise permitted under Google Play's policies, cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

For information about refunds, payment issues, or subscription charges, you may also use the Google Play support and account-management options associated with your purchase.

8. Restore Subscription / Purchases

Handy Balls may provide a **Restore Subscription** or similar feature to help eligible users restore previously purchased premium access.

Restoration depends on the Google Play account and purchase information associated with the original transaction.

If you purchased a subscription using a different Google Play account, the subscription may not be available for restoration on another account.

Guruconn does not guarantee restoration where Google Play cannot verify the original purchase.

9. Subscription Availability

Premium subscriptions are optional. You may continue to use Handy Balls without purchasing a premium subscription, subject to the features and limitations available in the free version.

Certain Pro features may also be temporarily available to non-subscribers through the **Pro Mode** feature. Eligible users may activate Pro Mode by watching the required number of rewarded advertisements. When activated, Pro Mode provides temporary access to certain Pro features for the duration shown in the App.

An active Monthly or Yearly Premium subscription provides ongoing access to the Pro features included with that subscription, together with the benefits described in the App.

The availability, duration, eligibility, and specific features of Pro Mode may vary by App version and may be changed or updated from time to time.

Subscription availability, pricing, features, and eligibility may vary by country, device, App version, or Google Play account.

10. Advertising

The free version of Handy Balls may contain advertisements. Ads are served through the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform, which uses real-time bidding to select ads from multiple third-party advertising networks, including ironSource, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network.

An active premium subscription may provide an ad-free experience as described in the App.

Advertising availability and delivery may depend on factors including your location, device, App version, applicable advertising rules, and third-party service policies.

11. Third-Party Services

Handy Balls uses third-party services, including:

• Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• RevenueCat for subscription management and related subscription functionality.

• Unity LevelPlay as our ad mediation platform, which uses real-time bidding to work with advertising networks including ironSource, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network.

Your use of Google Play, Google services, RevenueCat, Unity LevelPlay, ironSource, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network, and other third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to modify the terms of those third-party services.

12. Privacy

Your use of Handy Balls is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the App.

13. User-Provided Images and Local Data

Handy Balls may allow you to select images from your device for certain customization features.

As described in our Privacy Policy, selected custom images and certain game data are intended to be processed and stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any images or other content that you provide to the App.

You must not use the App to store, display, or process content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

14. Intellectual Property

Handy Balls, including its software, original game design, original graphics, game mechanics as implemented, text, logos, icons, and other original materials created by Guruconn, is owned by or licensed to Guruconn and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The App may also contain certain third-party materials, including audio, graphics, fonts, or other assets, that are used under applicable licenses, permissions, or other legal rights. Such third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to the terms and conditions of their applicable licenses.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, the applicable license of a third-party asset, or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit the App or its proprietary content without appropriate permission.

Your use of the App does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

15. Updates and Changes to the App

Guruconn may update Handy Balls from time to time for purposes including:

• Bug fixes.

• Security improvements.

• Performance improvements.

• New features.

• Gameplay balancing.

• Compatibility with newer Android or Google Play requirements.

• Changes to advertising or subscription functionality.

Some updates may be required for continued use of certain features.

16. Changes to Subscription Features

Guruconn may modify, improve, add, or remove game features from time to time. This may include changes made for gameplay improvements, balancing, performance, compatibility, security, technical requirements, or other legitimate reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the subscription benefits described to users at the time of purchase. However, individual game features may change as the App is updated.

Subscription benefits will not be intentionally misrepresented. If a significant change materially affects the benefits, pricing, renewal terms, or other important conditions of a subscription, applicable Google Play policies, applicable laws, and any required notices or procedures will apply.

Changes to ordinary gameplay features do not automatically constitute a change to the subscription terms. Your subscription remains subject to the terms and conditions presented by Google Play at the time of purchase and any subsequently applicable changes made in accordance with Google Play requirements.

Guruconn may also introduce new Pro features or modify existing Pro features available through an active subscription or the temporary Pro Mode feature described in the App.

17. Suspension or Termination

Guruconn may restrict or terminate access to the App, or certain features of the App, where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases.

• Abuse of subscription or restoration systems.

• Cheating, exploitation, or unauthorized modification.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Illegal activity.

• Security or technical risks.

Where appropriate and required by applicable law or platform rules, applicable notices or remedies will be provided.

Termination or removal of access does not override any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Disclaimer

Handy Balls is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available without interruption.

• The App will be completely free of bugs or errors.

• Every feature will work on every device or Android version.

• The App will always remain unchanged.

• Third-party services, including Google Play, RevenueCat, Unity LevelPlay, or our ad network partners, will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guruconn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from device issues, loss of locally stored game progress, interruption of third-party services, or unauthorized use of your device or account.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, subscription features, services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we update these Terms, we may change the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Handy Balls after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

23. Important Google Play Notice

Handy Balls subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play Billing.

Google Play's applicable subscription rules, payment processes, cancellation procedures, and refund policies may apply to your purchase. Users should review the subscription information presented in Google Play before completing a purchase.

By using Handy Balls or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
