Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile game, Handy Balls.

1. Information Collection and Use

Handy Balls is designed to respect your privacy.

• No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal details (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address) to play the game.

• Subscription & Purchase Data: We use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to support and process in-app subscriptions. If you make a purchase, these services may collect and process necessary transaction data, purchase history, and device identifiers strictly to authenticate, deliver, and manage your subscription status.

• Advertising Data: We use Unity LevelPlay as our ad mediation platform to display ads within the game. LevelPlay uses real-time (in-app) bidding to select ads from multiple third-party advertising networks, including ironSource, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network. To serve these ads, LevelPlay and these network partners may automatically collect certain device information, such as advertising identifiers (like Google Advertising ID), IP address, device/operating system information, and coarse location data. This information is used to provide relevant ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.

2. Local Game Data & Custom Images

To provide you with a seamless gaming experience and personalization options, Handy Balls processes and stores certain information locally on your device's internal storage. This includes:

• Game Progress: Saved levels, high scores, and in-game preferences.

• Custom Images & Gallery Access: Our game allows you to choose custom images from your device’s photo gallery to personalize in-game elements (such as custom ball, rod, base and background graphics).

Important: Selected custom images are processed and stored strictly on your device's local storage. We do not intentionally upload your selected custom images to Guruconn's servers, and we do not use them for advertising, analytics, or unrelated purposes.

All local data remains on your device unless you remove it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any images you select.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing & RevenueCat: These services handle payment processing and subscription management. They may collect device identifiers and purchase details to verify your transactions and restore your purchases.

Ad Network Partners: Through LevelPlay, ads may be served by the following networks, each of which may independently collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads and measure performance:

Apart from payment, subscription processing, and these ad mediation/network services, Handy Balls does not integrate any third-party analytics tools that collect or share your personal data.

4. Children's Privacy

Handy Balls is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your country). For advertising purposes, we tag our app for child-directed treatment where required by law (such as COPPA and Google Play Families Policy). This means the ad networks are instructed to serve only family-friendly ads and restrict behavioral advertising targeted at children.

5. Security

While we do not collect or store your personal information on external servers, we implement basic technical measures to ensure the local data saved on your device remains secure within the app's sandboxed environment.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, if we introduce new features, in-app purchases, or third-party services in future versions of the game). We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date".
