Marquise Rashad Holmes, a proud native of Vicksburg, MS, is a man of many talents. He is a devoted member of Dominion City Church MS and deeply rooted in his community and faith. Holmes wears many hats with remarkable grace and dexterity. 

His educational journey reflects his commitment and zeal. After graduating from Vicksburg High School in 2012, he continued his education at Hinds Community College. There, he was actively involved in activities such as marching with the Hinds Eagle Band and assisting the Hinds Eagle Baseball Team. 

During his time at Hinds Community College, he specialized in Architectural and General Drafting, earning a Career Certificate. He also obtained his AAS (Associate in Applied Science) in Engineering Drafting and Design Technology, as well as a Career Certificate in Emergency Medical Services. His diverse skills showcase his versatility and expertise. 

Currently, Holmes is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, with a concentration in EMS Administration, from Columbia Southern University. His professional journey is as impressive as his educational one. He began at Merit Health River Region as an Emergency Room Technician and progressed to roles such as Lead ER Technician, Supply Chain Coordinator, and most recently, Emergency Management Coordinator. 

Holmes also serves as a Firefighter/EMT, EMS Training Officer, and Media Relations Liaison for the Warren County Fire Services, demonstrating his commitment to serving and saving lives.
