# END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the **AI Handwriting to Text Maker** mobile application (the "App"). This Agreement is a binding legal contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the developer of this application ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
## 1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other app store provider. The Developer, not the app store providers, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.
## 2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is restricted to your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.
**You agree not to:**
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App in any way.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms.
## 3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA PROCESSING (OPENAI INTEGRATION)
The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies to process your images, handwritten notes, and PDFs to extract and digitize text.
- **Third-Party Processing:** You acknowledge and agree that the images and text prompts you submit are securely processed via the **OpenAI API**.
- **Data Privacy:** We and our provider (OpenAI) do not use your personal documents, notes, or scanned images to train our or their general AI models. The data is processed temporarily solely to provide you with the OCR and text extraction service.
- **User Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for the content you upload and scan. You agree not to upload confidential, illegal, highly sensitive personal information, or any content that violates third-party rights.
## 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
