Front of House

Key Responsibilities:

  • First guest contact in resort and walk in bookings
  • Assist with guest check in and registration
  • Open and close of Sales Locations
  • Provide fast and accurate information for guest enquires
  • Co-ordinate with NISS/HPG/Adventure Park Operations to ensure seamless operations


Work Hours:

Full Season: December 1, 2019 - April 5, 2020

30-40 hours per week

Shift work between 8:00 am - 8:30 pm


Pay Rate

  • 1,417 yen per hour ~ ( Consider your experience and ability :) )
  • Overtime pay (25% increase in hourly wages.)
  • Holiday work pay (35% increase in hourly wages.)


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written
  • Excellence in Customer Service
  • Japanese/Mandarin Language skills beneficial
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Eligible for Japanese Working Holiday Visa or Japanese National
