1. Scope
This policy describes how the Hanashik Android app handles personal information. You can use the app without creating an account. There is no myaune-operated task storage server or account-based cloud sync in this version. The app does not include advertising or usage analytics SDKs.
2. Tasks and settings
Task titles, notes, groups, subtasks, dates, repeat settings, completion history, timers and display preferences are stored on your device to provide task management and execution features. The app does not send this content to myaune servers. Unless you directly provide it to us, for example by email, myaune does not access the task content stored on your device.
3. Purchases
Google Play handles Android in-app purchases. myaune does not receive payment card numbers or your Google account password. The app uses Google Play Billing to query products, make and acknowledge purchases, restore purchases and check Plus access. It does not send this information to a separate myaune purchase-verification server.
The app keeps purchase confirmation information, such as product identifiers and purchase tokens, access status and verification timestamps in the device's secure storage. This maintains Plus access and supports purchase restoration. It is not included in task backup files. Purchase tokens are also excluded by the app's Android backup and device-transfer rules. The app checks purchase status with Google Play when it starts and returns to the foreground. Restoring purchases restores access rights, not task data.
For purchase support, refunds and settlement, myaune may review transaction and settlement information provided by Google Play Console, such as order identifiers, products, amounts and transaction status. Google's processing and retention of payment and transaction information follow its policies.
4. File backups and operating-system backups
When you use file backup, task data, repeat settings, completion history and app preferences are exported to a location you choose. Backup files are not encrypted. Keep them in a safe location. Saving or sharing a backup through a cloud drive or with another person may disclose its contents to that service or recipient. Importing a backup reads and restores the selected file on your device.
Android may back up app data or transfer it to another device according to your device settings and Google's or your device manufacturer's policies. This is not a myaune-operated sync service. Manage operating-system backups and their deletion in your device or backup service settings.
5. Support email
If you email myaune.apps@gmail.com, we use your email address, sender display name, message and any attachments you choose to send to respond, resolve problems or handle privacy requests. This information is received and stored through Gmail. Send only what is necessary for your request. Do not send passwords, card details, purchase tokens or sensitive task backups.
We retain support information while needed to handle your request and necessary follow-up, then delete it when that purpose has been fulfilled and it is no longer needed. Where a legal retention obligation applies, we retain the required information for the applicable period. You may use the contact address above to request access to, correction or deletion of information you provided, or ask about its processing. We may request proportionate identity verification and will explain any applicable legal restrictions.
6. Retention and deletion
Tasks and history stored on your device remain until you delete them in the app or clear the app's data in Android settings. In-app deletion removes the relevant items from the app's active data. Clearing app data in Android settings removes the local database and the purchase-access information kept by the app. Google Play purchase history is separate and can be used to restore purchases.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data does not also delete previously exported backup files, operating-system backups or Google Play transaction records. Manage and delete exported files and OS backups separately. Restoring an older backup may bring back previously deleted data. myaune cannot remotely access or delete data that exists only on your device.
7. External services and safeguards
myaune does not sell personal information or provide it for advertising. Google Play, Gmail, operating-system backup services and storage or sharing services you choose process information according to their providers' policies. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy .
Purchase-access information uses the device's secure storage; task data is managed in the app's local storage. Exported backup files are not encrypted, so protect your device and control access to your backup files.
8. Changes and contact
If data practices change, for example through servers, login, cloud sync, advertising or analytics, we will update this policy and its date to reflect the changed features and provide any required notice and consent process. This policy does not automatically apply to other myaune apps.

1. 적용 범위
이 방침은 하나씩 / Hanashik Android 앱의 개인정보 처리 방식을 설명합니다. 현재 앱은 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, myaune이 운영하는 할 일 저장 서버나 계정 기반 클라우드 동기화 기능은 없습니다. 앱에 광고 SDK나 사용 분석 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.
2. 할 일과 설정
할 일 제목, 메모, 그룹, 세부 단계, 날짜와 반복 설정, 완료 기록, 타이머, 화면 설정은 할 일 관리와 실행 기능을 제공하기 위해 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱은 이 내용을 myaune 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자가 이메일 등으로 직접 제공하지 않는 한 myaune은 기기에 저장된 할 일 내용을 열람하지 않습니다.
3. 구매 정보
Android 인앱결제는 Google Play가 처리합니다. myaune은 결제 카드 번호나 Google 계정 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 상품 조회, 구매, 구매 승인, 구매 복원과 Plus 이용 권한 확인을 위해 Google Play Billing을 사용하며, 별도의 myaune 결제 검증 서버로 정보를 보내지 않습니다.
앱은 상품 식별자, 구매 토큰 등 구매 확인 정보, 이용 권한 상태와 확인 시각을 기기의 보안 저장소에 보관합니다. 이는 Plus 이용 권한을 유지하고 구매를 복원하기 위한 것이며, 일반 할 일 백업 파일에는 포함하지 않습니다. 구매 토큰은 앱이 설정한 Android 백업·기기 이전 대상에서도 제외합니다. 앱 시작과 화면 복귀 시 Google Play에서 구매 상태를 다시 확인합니다. 구매 복원은 이용 권한을 복원하는 기능이며 할 일 데이터를 복원하지 않습니다.
myaune은 구매 문의, 환불 및 정산 처리를 위해 Google Play Console이 제공하는 주문번호, 상품, 금액, 거래 상태 등 거래·정산 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. Google의 결제·거래 정보 처리와 보관에는 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다.
4. 파일 백업과 운영체제 백업
사용자가 파일 백업 기능을 실행하면 할 일, 반복 설정, 완료 기록과 앱 설정 등이 사용자가 선택한 위치에 내보내집니다. 백업 파일은 암호화되지 않습니다. 안전한 장소에 보관하고, 클라우드 드라이브나 다른 사람에게 저장·공유할 경우 해당 서비스와 공유 대상에게 내용이 전달될 수 있다는 점에 유의해 주세요. 파일 불러오기는 선택한 백업 내용을 기기에서 읽어 복원합니다.
Android는 기기 설정과 Google 또는 기기 제조사의 정책에 따라 앱 데이터를 백업하거나 다른 기기로 이전할 수 있습니다. 이는 myaune의 자체 동기화 서비스가 아닙니다. 운영체제 백업의 이용 및 삭제는 기기·백업 서비스 설정에서 관리합니다.
5. 문의 이메일
사용자가 myaune.apps@gmail.com으로 문의하면 이메일 주소, 발신자 표시 이름, 문의 내용과 사용자가 첨부한 자료를 문의 응대, 문제 해결 또는 개인정보 요청 처리에 이용합니다. 이 정보는 Gmail을 통해 수신·보관됩니다. 문의에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 보내 주세요. 비밀번호, 카드 정보, 구매 토큰이나 민감한 할 일 백업은 보내지 마세요.
문의 정보는 문의 처리와 필요한 후속 대응 기간 동안 보관하고, 그 목적이 달성되어 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보가 있으면 해당 의무가 요구하는 기간 동안 보관합니다. 사용자는 위 이메일로 자신이 제공한 정보의 열람·정정·삭제 또는 처리에 관한 문의를 할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리에 필요한 범위에서 본인 확인을 요청할 수 있으며, 법령상 제한이 있으면 안내합니다.
6. 보관과 삭제
기기에 저장된 할 일과 기록은 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 앱의 삭제 기능은 앱의 현재 자료에서 해당 항목을 제거합니다. Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 로컬 데이터베이스와 앱이 보관한 구매 권한 정보도 삭제됩니다. Google Play의 구매 이력은 별도로 유지되며 구매 복원에 사용할 수 있습니다.
앱 삭제나 앱 데이터 삭제만으로 이미 내보낸 백업 파일, 운영체제 백업 또는 Google Play 거래 기록이 함께 삭제되지는 않습니다. 내보낸 파일과 OS 백업은 별도로 관리·삭제해야 하며, 이전 백업을 복원하면 삭제했던 자료가 다시 나타날 수 있습니다. 기기에만 있는 자료는 myaune이 원격으로 열람하거나 대신 삭제할 수 없습니다.
7. 외부 서비스와 보호 조치
myaune은 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 이 방침에 설명된 Google Play, Gmail, 운영체제 백업 및 사용자가 선택한 저장·공유 서비스는 해당 제공자의 정책에 따라 정보를 처리합니다. Google 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침은 https://policies.google.com/privacy 에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
구매 권한 정보에는 기기의 보안 저장소를 사용하며, 할 일 데이터는 앱의 로컬 저장소에서 관리합니다. 내보낸 백업 파일은 암호화되지 않으므로 기기 잠금과 백업 파일 접근 권한을 적절히 관리해 주세요.
8. 방침 변경과 연락처
서버, 로그인, 클라우드 동기화, 광고 또는 분석 기능 등 개인정보 처리 방식이 달라지면 변경되는 기능에 맞춰 이 방침과 갱신일을 수정하고, 필요한 고지와 동의를 진행합니다. 다른 myaune 앱에 이 방침이 자동으로 적용되는 것은 아닙니다.
