Hi!! This is Han Meng (孟涵).

[I am on the academic and research job market for the 2027 cycle, seeking tenure-track Assistant Professor, postdoctoral, and industry research positions!]

I'm a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in the School of Computing (SoC) at the National University of Singapore (NUS), advised by Prof. Yi-Chieh (EJ) Lee in the AI4SG Lab. During my Ph.D., I was also a visiting student at the IIS-Lab, University of Tokyo, hosted by Prof. Chi-Lan Yang and Prof. Koji Yatani

My research lies at the intersection of human-AI interaction, computational social science (CSS), and AI-mediated communication. In particular, my work has explored understanding, modeling, and reducing mental health stigma, as well as mediating interpersonal conflict between romantic partners.

My research has been published in venues including CHI, ACL, ToCHI, Nature Computational Science, npj Digital Medicine, and FDG. I am a recipient of the CHI Honorable Mention Award, ACL SAC Highlight Award, NUS Dean's Graduate Research Excellence Award, and NUS Research Achievement Award.

I am always happy to discuss research ideas, potential collaborations, and opportunities :D!!
