The objective of this project was to create two LEDs that respond to high and low-frequency signals by the use of a low-pass and high-pass filter. Using an RC circuit, the cut-off voltage of each circuit can be calculated. The circuit is powered by a 9V battery source. Then, two regulator circuits are used to provide 3.3V and 5V power rails. A mic-board is used along with an op-amp to center the microphone voltage signal at 1.65 V. The second op-amp in the LMC unit is used to amplify signals that might be beneath the forward voltage of the LEDs.
