HamRadioExam ("the app") is a study aid for the FCC amateur radio license exams, published by EasyGoing. This policy explains what the app does with your data.
YOUR STUDY DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
The app has no account and no server of its own. Your answers, bookmarks, practice exam results and study streak are stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and they are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
ADVERTISING
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects data from your device and sends it to Google. This can include your device's advertising ID; your IP address, which gives an approximate location; device and app information, such as model, operating system version and app version; how you interact with ads; and diagnostic data such as performance information.

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time under Settings, "Ad privacy choices". You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings.
HamRadioExam Pro removes all ads from the app.
PURCHASES
HamRadioExam Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play. Google processes the payment; the app never sees your payment details. The app only receives confirmation that the purchase was made.
DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location or call sign, and we do not sell personal data.
CHILDREN
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
DELETING YOUR DATA
Your study data exists only on your device. Delete it with Settings, "Reset progress", or by uninstalling the app. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. For data held by Google, use the controls in your Google account.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
