Design, simulation, analysis, and fabrication of electronic boards for hydraulic valves
Hydraulic valves are the most important part of every hydraulic system. They are the control unit of hydraulic systems. Knowledge of the tasks and how the control components work is very important for designers. High oil power in hydraulic systems is provided by pumps and motors and is controlled by hydraulic valves. Electric hydraulic valve is one of the most widely used categories of hydraulic valves and these valves work by applying electric force to the solenoid. Inside the hydraulic solenoid valves is a piece called a spool with two washers and two springs on either side; With the help of electrical stimulation, the spool changes the state and this change can lead to current or power outage. A variety of solenoid valve models are used in industries such as cement, steel, automotive and heavy industries. The first and most important category of hydraulic valves is directional (or directional proportional) hydraulic valves. These valves are used to control the passage of fluid and determine the passage of fluid flow. For example, they can determine the direction of movement of a cylinder or hydraulic motor. These valves are divided into one-way, two-way, multi-way, etc., according to their duties. As mentioned, hydraulic valves are composed of mechanical and electrical parts. Depending on the application, each part may be damaged, but due to their high use in different industries and by applying different electrical commands in a factory with unwanted harmonics, noise, distortions, the electrical board is damaged faster than the mechanical part.
