Before joining the University of Alberta, Dr. Saghaei served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at IAUSHK, where he mentored graduate students and taught advanced engineering courses. In parallel, he spent two years as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PST Company, leading the design and fabrication of embedded digital systems based on microcontrollers and CPLDs.
