AI: Friend, Girlfriend, Boyfriend - End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using AI: Friend, Girlfriend, Boyfriend ("Application").

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Application.

License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Loi Nguyen (HALO Studio) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application.

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to its terms and conditions.

Scope of License

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you by Loi Nguyen (HALO Studio) for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Maintenance and Support

Loi Nguyen (HALO Studio) is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application, as specified in this Agreement.

Warranty

The Application is provided without warranty of any kind. Loi Nguyen (HALO Studio) disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Product Claims

Loi Nguyen (HALO Studio) is solely responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application.

Intellectual Property Rights

Loi Nguyen (HALO Studio) shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third-party claim arising out or relating to the Application.

Legal Compliance

You shall comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Application.

Third Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application.

Third Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
