General Information
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Halivo is a locally playable brain puzzle game. The app does not require a user account, display advertisements, or use analytics or tracking services.
Data Stored Locally
Halivo stores only the following game and preference information locally on the user’s device:
– selected language
– personal high score for the standard Balance Mode
– personal high score for Polar Shift
– local entitlement status for the Polar Shift expansion
– gameplay settings required for the app to function
This locally stored information is not transmitted to the developer and is not shared with other individuals or companies.
In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing
Halivo offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the Polar Shift expansion.
Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play. Google may process purchase-related information such as purchase status, product ID, transaction identifier, country, currency, and payment information in accordance with its own privacy policies.
The developer does not receive complete credit card, bank account, or other full payment details. Halivo only checks through Google Play whether the Polar Shift expansion was legitimately purchased so that the purchased content can be unlocked or restored.

Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Halivo contains:
– no advertising
– no personalized advertising
– no analytics services
– no tracking services
– no social networking services
– no location access
– no user accounts
– no developer-operated online servers
– no independent transmission of game progress to external servers
Device Permissions
Halivo does not request unnecessary device permissions. The Google Play Billing interface is used exclusively to process and restore the optional in-app purchase.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored settings, purchase entitlement status, and game progress remain on the device until:
– the app’s data is deleted through the Android settings, or
– Halivo is uninstalled from the device.
Users can delete all locally stored Halivo data at any time by opening the Android app settings, selecting Halivo, and choosing the option to clear the app’s storage. Uninstalling the app also removes the locally stored game and preference data.
After reinstalling Halivo, a permanent purchase made through Google Play may be detected and restored. Purchase and payment records are processed and retained by Google according to Google’s applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Because Halivo does not provide user accounts or operate its own servers, the developer does not store personal player accounts or server-side game progress that would require a separate deletion request.
Data Security
Halivo limits data processing to what is technically necessary for operating the game and providing the optional purchase. Locally stored information remains within the protected application storage area of the Android device.
Purchases are processed exclusively through the official Google Play Billing interface. The developer does not independently collect or store users’ payment details.
Children’s Privacy
Halivo is a general brain puzzle game and is not specifically directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Use
Halivo may be used in different countries and regions. The app itself does not transfer locally stored game progress or settings to the developer or to developer-operated servers.
Purchase processing through Google Play may involve data processing in accordance with Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
