Wooden Spoon Cake Flour is Pilmico Flour's premium quality cake flour with a mositure content of not more than 13.5% and protein of not more than 8.0%. It is chlorinated and produces excellent volume cake products such as angel food cakes, chiffon-types of cake and other high-ratio cakes.
