Price indicated on the website are as at the time of each order and may be subject to change without prior notice.

One the order and/or reservation has been confirmed or payment has been made, strictly no refund, change or cancellation is allowed.

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only and may differ from actual product due to differences in monitors and lighting.

Any order made outside of working hours will be processed on the next working day.

If customer is uncontactable or fail to receive the order within 10 minutes after delivery order has arrive at the provided delivery address, we reserve the rights to cancel the order without refund.

Please contact us if there is any missing item.

All price displayed in the site are SST excluded, meaning that a 6% SST will be applied during check out.

All private rooms come with a condition of minimum spending of RM600.00 per table, of food ordering.

Reservation are encourage to be done a week in advance.

Customer is required to arrive 10 minutes before reserved time to prevent any unforeseen circumstances.

Reservation fee shall be made at point of reservation to confirm the booking.

Reservation fee is forfeited in cases where you fail to arrive within 15 minutes from the reserved time.

Customer may select the date and time of picking up order at the Order confirmation page.

Please ensure to arrive at confirmed pickup date and time during checkout to ensure food ordered are at best quality of serving.

Payment can be made using available payment method such as :

1. Online payment FPX

2. Visa and/or MasterCard

3. Cash on Collection

Customer may use their own delivery service to perform pick up.

We do not responsible for any damaged goods, split soup, or broken package during transit if customer is using third party service to pick up order items on behalf of the named customer.

Delivery service is only available in certain areas in Klang Valley.

Delivery time may vary depending on area of delivery and traffic status.

Payment can be made using available payment method such as :

1. Online payment FPX

2. Visa and/or MasterCard

Third party delivery services such as lalamove, Grab Express, etc., are deployed to fulfil this service.

Unless stated, all third-party delivery service fee are covered by customers, fee amount is depending on the charges shown by third-party delivery services during selected delivery hour.
