These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hair Cut - Color Changer mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Hair Cut - Color Changer provides photo editing features that allow users to apply hairstyle and hair color effects to photos selected from their device.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to the photos you select and use within the App.
By using the App, you grant the App a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your photos solely to provide the app’s functionality.
Photos are processed on-device or temporarily during the app session and are not stored or shared.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photo you upload or select.
3. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions
The App uses a credit-based system to provide access to certain features.
• Users may purchase credits through in-app purchases using the Apple App Store.
• Credits are used to unlock specific features or actions within the App.
• Credits have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits are non-transferable and are linked to the user’s Apple ID.
• Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
All payments are securely processed by Apple.
The App does not collect or store payment or credit card information.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user photos), are owned by the App developer.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Upload or use content that violates the rights of others.
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Results generated by the App will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hair Cut - Color Changer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
