Our application offers features that allow users to generate or transform images, which may involve the processing of facial data.
Purpose of Processing: We process face data (provided via your uploaded photos) solely to apply AI filters, generate stylized images, or perform image transformations through our AI engine.
Face Data Sharing: To provide these features, we use Fal.ai as a third-party service provider. Your uploaded images containing face data are securely transmitted to Fal.ai for the sole purpose of generating the requested content.
Third-Party Retention: Fal.ai temporarily stores the uploaded data and the generated results for a period of 7 days to ensure technical stability and process completion. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from Fal.ai’s servers.
We care about your privacy and do not store your raw face data indefinitely.
Our Storage: We only store the final generated image in our secure cloud infrastructure. This is done exclusively to allow you to access and view your creation history within the app.
Retention Period: Generated images are stored as long as your account remains active. We do not store raw biometric data or facial mapping files.
No Marketing Use: We do not use your face data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than the core functionality of the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Request the immediate deletion of your account and all associated generation history by contacting us at ovurhelp@gmail.com. Once an account is deleted, all associated generated images are permanently removed from our servers.
In addition to Fal.ai for image processing, we utilize trusted third-party tools for authentication, payment processing, and general media storage. These services maintain their own privacy standards, and we encourage you to review their respective policies.
