This Privacy Policy explains how AI Hair Salon Designer Studio (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) collects, uses, transmits, and shares information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Before the App sends design prompts, chat messages, or selected images to third-party AI services, the App asks for your permission through an in-app AI consent notice.
The App may collect or process the following information:
Design prompts and salon briefs: text you enter, selected salon styles, room size, layout choices, lighting preferences, material preferences, wash zone options, and other design details.
AI Assistant messages: messages you send to the AI Assistant and relevant conversation context needed to respond.
Selected or captured images: photos you choose from your photo library or capture with your camera when using the Empty Shop Design feature.
Generated images: AI-generated salon design images and related metadata such as prompt, style, creation date, and local gallery information.
Purchase and subscription information: subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, credit balance, and anonymous purchase-related identifiers.
Support information: your email address and message content if you contact us for support.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. However, if you include personal information in prompts, chat messages, or uploaded photos, that information may be processed as part of the requested AI feature.
To provide AI features, the App may send the following data to third-party AI service providers:
Text prompts and salon design descriptions.
Selected style, layout, lighting, material, and planning options.
AI Assistant messages and relevant chat context.
Photos selected from your device or captured with the camera for Empty Shop Design.
Generated image outputs or image URLs needed to display or save results.
This data may be sent to:
OpenAI, for prompt enhancement, text generation, and AI Assistant responses.
Replicate, for AI image generation and image transformation.
Black Forest Labs models through Replicate, for image generation where applicable.
RevenueCat, for subscription, entitlement, credit, and purchase status management.
Apple App Store and/or Google Play, for payment processing, subscriptions, and purchase restoration.
We do not sell your personal data.
Before sending your prompts, chat messages, or selected images to third-party AI services, the App requests your permission through an AI consent screen.
You can choose not to use AI features that require sending data to third-party AI services. If you do not provide the required permission, those AI features may not work.
We use information to:
Generate AI salon design images.
Transform empty shop or salon photos into design concepts.
Improve and structure your design prompts.
Provide AI Assistant planning and design suggestions.
Save generated images in the in-app gallery.
Manage credits, subscriptions, premium access, and restored purchases.
Provide customer support.
Maintain app functionality, safety, and performance.
Comply with legal obligations.
The App may request camera access only when you choose to take a photo for the Empty Shop Design feature.
The App may request photo library access only when you choose an image from your device or save a generated image to your photo library.
The App does not access your entire photo library, does not use the camera in the background, and does not delete or modify your existing photos.
We share data only with service providers that are used to operate core App features, including AI generation, AI assistant responses, image processing, subscriptions, purchases, and entitlement management.
These third-party providers are expected to protect data using privacy and security measures that are the same as or substantially equivalent to the protections described in this Privacy Policy. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Generated images and gallery metadata may be stored locally on your device. This may include the image file, prompt, style, creation date, and local file path.
You can delete generated images from the in-app gallery. Deleting a gallery item removes the locally stored image and related gallery metadata from the App.
Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored App data from your device.
Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or the relevant app store/payment provider. We do not collect or store your full credit card number.
RevenueCat may process anonymous purchase identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, and product information to manage premium access and credits.
We may share information only:
With AI providers when needed to generate designs or AI Assistant responses.
With subscription and payment providers when needed to manage purchases, credits, and premium access.
When required by law or legal process.
To protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the App, or others.
When you choose to share generated images outside the App.
We do not sell user data and we do not use user data for third-party advertising.
Local gallery data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Data processed by third-party AI, payment, or infrastructure providers may be retained according to their own privacy policies.
Support emails may be retained as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain business records.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can:
Decline AI consent where required.
Disable camera or photo permissions in device settings.
Delete generated images from the in-app gallery.
Avoid uploading photos or prompts containing personal or sensitive information.
Contact us to request help with privacy-related questions.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
