AI Hairstyle Try On: HaircutGo (“Application,” “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is provided by Ankit Lathiya as a freemium mobile service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use the Application.

Before a user photo is transmitted for AI hairstyle generation, the Application provides a clear in-app disclosure describing:

that the image may be sent to a third-party AI processor
and asks for the user’s permission before processing
If you do not consent, your image will not be sent for AI hairstyle generation.
Photos uploaded by users are temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2 Storage for processing and service delivery.
Generated hairstyle results may be stored so the user can access them later in the Application until the user deletes them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including:
encryption in transit using HTTPS
protected storage environments
access controls intended to limit unauthorized access
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
To provide AI hairstyle generation, uploaded user images may be securely transmitted to Fal.ai and Kie.ai through encrypted API requests for processing.
Fal.ai and Kie.ai processes the uploaded image for the purpose of generating the requested hairstyle result and returns the generated output to our service.
We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use uploaded face data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
The Application may use third-party services such as:

understand app usage

These analytics and diagnostics services are separate from face-image processing described above.

Once deleted, images are permanently removed from our server
Certain technical, diagnostic, and analytics information may be retained for a limited period as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Application.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
