ANTI-RACIST ORGANIZATION AND EDUCATION
As a first-generation college graduate and son of immigrant parents, I aim to empower professionals of first-generation, immigrant, and other marginalized backgrounds to actualize their potential and to transform workplaces through strategies and innovations for meaningful interventions in the pursuit of equity and justice.
I earned my B.A. in Critical Race and Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master's Degree in Education with a specialization in Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. I weave my theoretical understanding of ethnic studies with my in-classroom teaching experience to design compelling connection-focused curricula.
My curriculum untangles racial narratives within the United States and worldwide, explains the underpinnings of race and racism, and charts a path toward anti-racism in the workplace.
Retreats, affinity and resource groups, coaching, trainings, curriculum design, and employee education
Data-driven analyses, employee recruiting and retention, anti-racist organizational strategies and design, and organization culture transformation
Team building, cultural competency, listening sessions, and conflict resolution
