Red Brick Cafe
The Harrow Healthy Living Centre is based within the Wealdstone Centre, which is a completely accessible building and includes Wealdstone library, Primary Care Trust and Youth and Connexions.
Harrow Healthy Living Centre aims to build relationships with community and voluntary organisations, local government, health authorities, trusts, and the wider community, through which, the interests and needs of the general community can be promoted.
Come and meet our friendly staff and eat a delicious healthy meal made with fresh ingredients in our Red Brick Café!
You can also take part in one of our range of health and fitness groups from box fit (boxercise) classes to Yoga and dance classes for children.
Or you might want to book one of our rooms for a function or event? We also provide buffets and customised menus for meetings and social events.
Funded by the Big Lottery, and the joint initiative of eight local voluntary sector groups, the HHLC opened in 2005 as a training centre for people with learning disabilities to learn work related skills, and now run by Harrow Association of Disabled people, continues all the best of the original aims.
The Red Brick Café provides students with learning difficulties the opportunity to work towards their future employments.
The Café provides healthy food, in keeping with the Healthy Living Centre, to the public at an affordable price and provides a pleasant environment for people to relax and be refreshed.
The Café can also cater for events and functions, and has a diverse choice of menus.
