The organizations and individuals who have the innovative solutions to address blight may require technical support to use the widely available data the City of Memphis curates for public use. 

We envision a platform that allows users to upload their own simple data that will overlay the abandoned and blighted properties in Memphis in need of improvement. 

AI powered chat bots will provide users with exploratory data analysis and assist in making connections between multiple data sets.
