Habitude is a local-first app: your habit data stays on your device. This page describes exactly what that means.
What we store
Habitude keeps everything you enter - habits, completion history, streaks, achievements, XP, and your settings - in a local database on your device. Your habit data is never uploaded anywhere.
Accounts and sign-in
There is no account, sign-in, or cloud sync. The app works fully offline and has no way to identify you.
Purchases
There are none. Habitude is free, has no in-app purchases or subscriptions, and contains no purchase or billing integration. No payment or purchase information is collected, processed, or shared.
Analytics and tracking
This app does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or any other tracking service. No third party receives any information about you or your use of the app.
Backups you create
Using Backup or Export in Settings > Data writes a JSON file containing your data and hands it to the share sheet you choose - that file goes only to the destination you pick (Files, Drive, email, etc.), never automatically to us or anyone else.
Notifications
Reminder notifications are scheduled entirely on-device by the operating system. No reminder content or schedule leaves your device.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app permanently removes everything from your device. In Settings > Data, "Reset Progress" clears every habit's completions, streaks, XP, and achievements while keeping the habits themselves, and "Complete Reset" deletes the habits entirely - both take effect immediately and can't be undone.
