All permissions are optional. If declined, the app will still function with its essential habit-tracking features.

All interactive actions within our app are referred to as "Your Activities," including your in-app settings (such as preferred language), your operation information, and the time you spend in the app interface. We use this information to offer you more personalized services while continuously improving our app.

Third-Party Login Information

Habitly can be used without registration or login. You may optionally choose to back up your data by logging in with a Google account. In this process, we may automatically collect your email address or account name and other publicly available information related to your account.

Feedback Information

You can help improve Habitly by sending us feedback. Feedback information may include usage data such as app version, system version, screen size, country/region, app language, device model, time zone, network status, and subscription status. Sending feedback is entirely voluntary, and we regularly delete this feedback data.

3. The Way We Share the Information

We do not collect any personal data, and we NEVER share the information you provide in our app with any third parties.

We may display personalized ads in our app to support and enhance our services. Currently, our advertising partner is Google. For advertising, analysis, and fraud prevention purposes, Google may collect certain data, such as online identifiers and IP addresses. Before collecting this data, Google will seek your consent. Google is obligated not to disclose this information or use it for other purposes.

You can choose not to receive personalized ads. However, you will still see ads — they will simply be less relevant to your interests.

4. How Do We Use the Information You Provide

We use the information you provide to offer you more personalized services. We care about your experience and continually improve our features based on your needs. Your information helps us understand what needs improvement and how to better serve you.

We may use this information for:

We do not store or collect your payment card details. Your payment information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, which handle it in accordance with their own privacy policies and are bound by PCI Data Security Standards established by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Your information may be processed in the developer's operating offices and other locations where involved parties are situated. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the secure treatment of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will only share or transfer your information with your consent, except in the case of mergers, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition. In such events, we will notify you at least two weeks in advance and give you the option to retain or completely delete your account and data.

Different types of information are deleted in different ways.

The Information You Provide

If you use Habitly without logging in, your information is stored only locally on your device and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.

If you are logged in and have enabled data backup, selecting "Delete All Data" in the settings page will permanently delete all your information from both the device and the cloud. Please proceed with caution.

Feedback Information

We generally do not retain feedback data. When retention is necessary for app improvements, we delete it within one month.

8. Security

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data without parental consent, we will promptly delete the data and deactivate the account.
