Habitix is designed to function without requiring user registration, cloud storage, or external servers. All habit data is stored locally on your device. The app does not collect, transmit, or share your personal habit-related information.
However, to improve the app’s performance and stability, Habitix integrates third-party services that operate independently:
Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) – To gather anonymous usage statistics, such as feature interactions and engagement trends.
Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) – To detect and diagnose app crashes and improve stability.
These services may collect non-personal, aggregated data, including:
Device type and model
Operating system version
App usage patterns
Crash reports
Other diagnostic data

The legal basis for this data processing under GDPR is our legitimate interest in improving app functionality and user experience. Users can opt out at any time (see Section 3).
Habitix provides an in-app option, located in the app settings, to disable analytics tracking at any time. If you choose to opt out, Habitix will not send any data to Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.
All habit data remains stored locally on your device. Habitix does not transmit, sync, or back up your habit-related data to any external server. It is your responsibility to back up your data if needed.
Habitix does not retain any personal data beyond what is locally stored on the device. Any data collected by Firebase is subject to Google’s data policies, and Habitix does not have access to or control over this information.
We take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of your data from unauthorized access, but since data remains on your device, you should also take necessary security precautions, such as using device encryption and secure access controls.
Habitix does not collect or store personal data, so no personal information is available for access, modification, or deletion by Habitix. Users have full control over their locally stored data and can delete it at any time by clearing the app’s storage on their device.
If you have concerns regarding data collected by Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics, please refer to Google’s privacy policies and contact Google directly for data access or deletion requests.
Additionally, depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
Right to object – Users can disable analytics tracking within the app. Disabling analytics prevents new data from being sent to Firebase, but previously collected data remains subject to Google’s retention policies.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance) – Habitix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
Other rights – Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have additional rights concerning data processing.
