1. Introduction
HabitFlow is a habit, goal, reminder and daily-note tracking application developed and published under the Google Play developer name SK CyberStudio.
This Privacy Policy explains what information HabitFlow processes, why it is processed, where it is stored, when it may be shared with service providers, and how users can request deletion of their information.
HabitFlow is designed primarily as a local application. Most information created by the user remains on the user’s Android device.
By using HabitFlow, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information stored locally on your device

This information is stored in the application’s local database and preferences.

Android backup or device-transfer features may include some local application data if backup is enabled on your device. These features are controlled by Android, Google and your device settings.
3. Optional Google account sign-in
HabitFlow can be used without signing in to an account.
If you voluntarily sign in with a Google account, authentication is performed using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
HabitFlow never asks for, receives or stores your Google account password.
Depending on the information provided by your Google account, the following information may be processed:
- Firebase user identifier;
- Google account identifier;
- email address;

- maintain account and application security.
Firebase Authentication may also process technical information necessary for authentication, security, fraud prevention and service operation.
Signing out of HabitFlow does not automatically delete the Firebase Authentication account. Instructions for requesting account deletion are provided in Section 11.

HabitFlow may request permission to send Android notifications.
Notifications are used only for habit reminders configured by the user.
You can:
- disable individual reminders in HabitFlow;
- change reminder settings in HabitFlow;
- disable HabitFlow notifications in Android system settings.
HabitFlow does not use notifications for third-party advertising.
5. Premium purchases
Google Play Billing is included as a technical foundation for future Premium functionality, but Premium purchases are disabled in the current tested version of HabitFlow.
The current version does not allow users to purchase HabitFlow Premium.
HabitFlow does not currently collect or store:
- payment card details;
- bank account information;
- billing addresses;
- real purchase tokens;
- Google Play order information;
- active Premium entitlement information.
If Premium purchases are enabled in a future release:
- payments will be processed by Google Play;
- HabitFlow will not receive complete payment card information;
- purchase status may be verified through secure backend services;
- Premium access will be granted only after successful purchase verification;
- this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the feature becomes available.
6. Artificial intelligence features
Artificial intelligence features are disabled in the current version of HabitFlow.
HabitFlow does not currently send your habits, goals, notes, reminders, statistics or other content to OpenAI, Gemini or any other artificial intelligence provider.
If AI functionality is enabled in a future release:
- users will receive a clear disclosure before information is transmitted;
- consent will be requested where required;
- only the minimum information necessary to provide the requested feature will be transmitted;
- API keys will not be embedded in the Android application;
- AI requests will be processed through a protected backend;
- this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before release.
7. Cloud storage and synchronization
HabitFlow does not currently provide:
- cloud synchronization of habits;
- cloud backup of habit data;
- shared habits;
- synchronization between multiple devices;
- online storage of daily notes;
- online storage of habit progress.
Habit, note, reminder and progress information remains stored locally unless a future feature clearly informs the user that information will be transferred to an online service.
Future cloud functionality will not be enabled without updating this Privacy Policy and providing appropriate user controls.
8. How information is used
Information processed by HabitFlow is used only for purposes such as:
- providing habit-tracking functions;
- saving habits, goals and notes;
- calculating progress and statistics;
- scheduling user-configured reminders;
- preserving application settings;
- authenticating users who choose Google Sign-In;
- maintaining application and account security;
- diagnosing account-related problems when the user contacts support;
- preventing abuse and fraud;
- complying with applicable legal obligations.
HabitFlow does not sell personal information.
HabitFlow does not rent personal information to third parties.
HabitFlow does not use locally stored habit or note content for third-party advertising.
9. Third-party services
The current version of HabitFlow may use the following third-party services:
Google Sign-In
Used to allow optional sign-in with a Google account.
Firebase Authentication
Used to create and manage the authentication record associated with optional Google account sign-in.
Google Play
Used to distribute and update HabitFlow. Google Play may independently process device, account, diagnostic, payment and application information according to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
Android notification services
Used to display reminders requested and configured by the user.
Android backup and device-transfer services
May include application data if backup or device transfer is enabled by the user.
These service providers process information according to their own privacy policies, terms and security practices.
Premium backend services, cloud synchronization and external AI providers are not active in the current version.
10. Data sharing
HabitFlow shares information only when necessary to provide an optional service selected by the user, such as authentication through Google and Firebase.
HabitFlow may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law or a valid legal request;
- protect the rights, safety or security of users;
- investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents;
- enforce applicable terms;
- protect SK CyberStudio, HabitFlow users or the public from harm.
HabitFlow does not sell personal information to advertisers, marketing companies or data brokers.
11. Data retention and deletion
Local application data
You can delete individual habits, notes and other locally stored information through HabitFlow where deletion controls are available.
You can delete all locally stored HabitFlow information by:
- opening Android Settings;
- selecting Apps;
- selecting HabitFlow;
- selecting Storage;
- clearing the application data.
Uninstalling HabitFlow also removes its locally stored application data from the device, except for information that may remain in an Android backup controlled by the user’s Google account, device manufacturer or backup settings.
Signing out
You can sign out through the account section of HabitFlow.
Signing out disconnects the account from the current application session but does not necessarily delete the Firebase Authentication account.
Account deletion request
To request deletion of a HabitFlow account and account-associated information, send an email to:
habitflowplus@gmail.com
Send the request from the Google email address used with HabitFlow.
Use the following email subject:
HabitFlow Account Deletion Request
The request should include enough information to identify the account.
Never send:
- your Google password;
- payment card details;
- Firebase authentication tokens;
- Google access tokens;
- purchase tokens;
- private security codes.
SK CyberStudio may ask you to confirm that you control the relevant email account.
After successful verification, HabitFlow-controlled account information associated with the account will be deleted, unless retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or another legitimate legal purpose.
In the current version, account-associated online information is generally limited to authentication information.
Habits, notes, reminders and progress stored only on the device must be deleted separately through HabitFlow or Android system settings.
Backup copies may remain temporarily until routine backup deletion cycles are completed.
12. Data security
HabitFlow uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information.
These measures include:
- storing core habit information locally on the user’s device;
- using official Google and Firebase authentication mechanisms;
- transmitting supported online requests through encrypted HTTPS connections;
- not embedding backend private keys in the Android application;
- not requesting or storing Google account passwords;
- limiting online processing to information required for the selected function;
- disabling unfinished Premium, cloud and AI functionality in the current release.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their Android device, Google account and email account.
13. User choices
You may choose to:

- sign in with a Google account;
- sign out of your Google account;
- disable notifications;
- delete individual habits and notes;
- clear all local application data;
- uninstall HabitFlow;
- request deletion of account-associated information;
- decline future optional cloud, Premium or AI functionality.
Disabling or refusing an optional permission may prevent the related feature from working but should not prevent the use of unrelated local features.
14. Children’s privacy
HabitFlow is not specifically designed or directed toward children under 13 years of age or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in the user’s country.
HabitFlow does not knowingly request that children submit personal information.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through HabitFlow, they may contact:

16. International processing
Google and Firebase may process authentication or technical information in countries other than the user’s country of residence.
Where applicable, these service providers are responsible for maintaining appropriate safeguards under their own privacy policies, contractual obligations and applicable laws.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when HabitFlow functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change.
The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes affecting the processing of personal information may also be communicated through HabitFlow or its Google Play listing.
