The Short Version
HabitBrix runs entirely on your device. We don't collect your data. We don't have servers. We don't know who you are. If you choose to enable cloud backup, your data is stored in your own Google Drive or iCloud account - not ours.
1. What the App Stores
HabitBrix stores the following data on your device only:
Habit records (name, icon, color, category, schedule, target count, reminder times)
Completion records (date, completion type, count)
Streak freeze records (granted, used)
Your preferences (theme, notification settings, app icon, sync settings)
Statistics calculated from your data (streaks, contribution grids)
This data lives in a local database on your device. We cannot access, view, or retrieve it. There is no server, no database, and no cloud storage on our end.
You can delete all of it at any time by deleting the app.
2. What We Don't Collect
We don't collect anything. Specifically:
No personal information (name, email, phone, age, gender)
No health or biometric data
No location data
No device identifiers or advertising IDs
No analytics or usage tracking
No cookies or tracking technologies
No camera, microphone, contacts, or photo access
No advertising of any kind
No user profiles or accounts
No crash reports
There is no account creation, no login, no registration. We have no way to identify you.
3. Subscription Payments
If you purchase a premium subscription, the payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscription status. For details on what RevenueCat collects and how they handle it, see https://www.revenuecat.com
4. Cloud Backup
If you enable cloud backup, your habit data syncs to your own cloud storage:
Android: Your Google Drive account. For details, see https://policies.google.com/privacy
iOS: Your iCloud account. For details, see https://www.apple.com/privacy
If you don't enable this feature, nothing syncs anywhere.
5. Notifications
All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in the App or in your device settings.
All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in the App or in your device settings.
6. Children
HabitBrix collects no personal data from any user of any age, so there is nothing to regulate under children's privacy laws. There are no accounts, no identifiers, no tracking, no advertising, and no data transmission. A child using this app has exactly the same privacy as an adult: complete.
We don't need to age-gate, obtain parental consent, or restrict access because there is no data collection to protect against. The app tracks habits. It stores the result on your device. That's it.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other privacy laws, you have rights over your personal data (access, deletion, correction, portability, etc.).
Because we don't hold any of your personal data, these rights don't apply in practice. Your habit data is on your device, you already have full control over it. Delete the app and it's gone.
If you want to delete purchase data held by RevenueCat, contact them directly at https://www.revenuecat.com or manage your subscription through your device settings.
8. App Store Privacy Declarations
Apple App Store:
Data used to track you: None
Data linked to you: None
Data not linked to you: Purchase History (via RevenueCat)
Google Play Store:
Data collected: Purchase history (via RevenueCat)
Data shared: Purchase history with RevenueCat (service provider)
9. Third-Party Services
RevenueCat: Subscription validation, https://www.revenuecat.com
Apple App Store / Google Play: Payment processing, https://www.apple.com / https://play.google.com
Apple iCloud: Data sync (if you enable it) https://www.apple.com
That's the complete list. No analytics. No advertising. No crash reporting. No AI.
10. Data Security
Your data is on your device, protected by your device's own security. We don't store data on any server, so there is no server to breach.
For details on how RevenueCat handles subscription data, see https://www.revenuecat.com
11. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and post the new version at this URL. If we ever start collecting data (we have no plans to), we'll notify you in the App before any collection begins and obtain your consent where required by law.
12. Contact
If you have questions about this privacy policy: concepts@tmfholdings.eu
We don't hold your data, so there's nothing to request, delete, or export from us. For subscription or payment queries, contact Apple, Google, or RevenueCat directly.
