• Device & Hardware Identifiers: We do not track or collect hardware ID, Android ID, Advertising ID (AAID), or IP addresses.

• App Permissions: The App does not request sensitive permissions such as access to your Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or Precise Location.

• Analytics & Tracking: We do not use any third-party SDKs, tracking tools, or analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your usage or behavior within the App.

3. Local Data Storage & User Control

All data created or generated within the App—including habits, daily progress, streaks, and achievements—is stored 100% locally on your device's internal storage.

• No Cloud Transmission: Your data is never transmitted, shared, or uploaded to external servers or cloud services managed by us.

• System Backups: Any automatic app data backup managed by Android (e.g., Google Auto Backup) is governed entirely by your personal Google Account settings and Android OS, not by our servers.

• Data Deletion: You have complete control over your data. You can instantly and permanently delete all App data by clearing the App's storage via Android Settings > Apps > Habit Legends > Storage > Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App.

4. Third-Party Services & Ads

The App is 100% ad-free. It does not incorporate any third-party Advertising Networks, AdMob, or third-party SDKs that collect or share user data.

5. Google Play Families Policy & Children’s Privacy

Habit Legends does not collect any personal data from any user, making it fully compliant with Google Play’s Families Policy and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The App is entirely safe for users under 13 years of age.

6. Offline Functionality

Habit Legends functions completely offline. It does not require an active internet connection for any of its features, ensuring that no information ever leaves your Android device.
