keep up with your habits. You can disable notifications at any time in
your device settings. These reminders are generated on your device.

6. Deleting Your Data
Because all data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time by using
the in-app reset option or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app
permanently deletes all of its data from your device.
