HaaziriPay is an attendance, salary, and work-hour tracking application designed to help users manage attendance records, salary calculations, overtime tracking, and work-related information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide app functionality, HaaziriPay may collect and store the following information:
• Name
• Email Address
• Unique User ID (UID)
• Profile Photo URL (if provided through Google Sign-In)
• Attendance Records
• Salary Information
• Working Hours
• Overtime Details
• Company Information
• User Preferences and Settings
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The information collected is used to:
• Create and manage user accounts
• Authenticate users securely
• Store attendance and salary records
• Generate salary calculations and reports
• Provide backup and restore functionality

3. AUTHENTICATION SERVICES
HaaziriPay uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication to authenticate users and manage user accounts securely.
When users sign in using Google Sign-In, Google may provide profile information such as name, email address, profile photo URL, and a unique account identifier.
4. DATA STORAGE
User data may be stored:
• Locally on the user's device for offline access
• Securely in cloud services provided through Google Firebase for authentication, backup, synchronization, account recovery, and application functionality
The data stored may include attendance records, salary settings, company information, earnings calculations, preferences, and account-related information.
5. DATA SHARING
HaaziriPay does not sell, rent, trade, or share user information for advertising or marketing purposes.
Certain information may be processed by trusted service providers solely for providing application functionality.
These service providers may include:
• Google Firebase Authentication
• Google Cloud Firestore
• Google Sign-In
These services are used only for account management, authentication, backup, synchronization, and data recovery.
6. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data transmitted between the application and cloud services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard security protocols.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users can permanently delete their account and associated cloud data using the in-app Delete Account feature available in the Settings section.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, associated account data will be deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by applicable law.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
HaaziriPay is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page together with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of HaaziriPay after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
