Estimated Time of Arrival

It takes around 15 working days to arrive. The time will take longer due to varying reasons for example: Festival, Holiday, Weather, Political and many more unexpected issues. Besides, the time customer takes to make a second payment will also affect the ETA. Therefore,  we advise the customer to order at least one month in advance.

We does ship internationally.

The estimated time to arrive for International Shipping will be 20-25 working days

Currencies

Order from Malaysia/pay to MYR account - Will charge in MY
Order from Singapore/ pay to SGD account - Will charge in MYR -> convert into SGD
Order from rest of the countries - Will charge in MYR -> convert into USD

Transaction Charge

Paypal - Currencies will refer to Paypal currencies + Paypal charge + $5

Wise - Currencies will refer to Wise currencies + Charge

What if my item hold by custom?

We are sorry to tell you that you will need to do the claim yourself. The shipping service does not include claiming from the custom.
