ABOUT PRICING

Price excluded postage, postage may be vary based on time, weight, location
The postages are based on the actual weight of the product, only charge when the item done and reach the warehouse ready to ship
The price of the product will be fixed, but in some consequences the manufacturer will increase their price, therefore the product price may vary and will charge based on the current price
Different products will have different MOQ.

ABOUT DESIGN

1. You must provide your own image

2. H3W2 is not responsible for any copyright issue, The customer will have to take responsibility for image copyright, make sure you got the fansite permission to use the photo

3. 3 chance to make minor amend on the design, if you have any comment please let us know one-off (sekali gus), 4th time above will charge RM2 per time, once designs are confirmed strictly no further changes allowed

4. We give original design copy after confirm

5. Reserved 5 days for design

6. 3 days considered urgent order x2 charges

7. Do not resell the design

8. H3W2 have to copyright to show the design in our portfolio

9. The low resolution of photo provided might cause low quality in product printed

ABOUT PRINTING

1. Please provide correct size and file type need for the particular product.

2. Please reconsider the possibility of flaw and colour different

3. The quality of the real product is reflected by the quality of the design submitted

4. Please order at least 1 month before your event, the ETA will be 15 working days

5. Urgent order service charge x 2

6. Customised item strictly no refundable

7. Some item are made in Malaysia, most of them Made in China

ABOUT SHIPPING

1. ETA 15 working days for all products, Seasonal period 4-5 weeks month priority

2. Made in Malaysia item use SKYNET or TAQBIN, Made in China use ABX or GDEX

3. 15 working days for printing + delivery ( if the customer make second payment within 1 day after notice, 8-10 working days to deliver after the second payment

4. If the customer takes longer time to make second payment h3w2 will not be responsible for out of time deliver

5. Special event which will cost a long time of delivery, will be informed if have

6. If customers are unable to receive parcel (eg: not at home ), h3w2 will not be responsible, customer need to arrange re-delivery with the courier company themselves
