Q : Why does it takes so long time to deliver?

A : Most of the item are made in China therefore, it take so long time to produce, deliver within China, also shipping from China to Malaysia.

Q : How long is the advice time should we make order before the event?

A : As soon as possible will be good, we advice to order it at lease 1 month before the event.

Q : Why do I need to pay the postage separately?

A : The item only will be weighted when it arrive the warehouse, only will know the actual weight after packing.

Q : Can I only do printing/design?

A : Yes. Of course.

Q : Can we meet up？

A : No. The item will only ship to your address directly from China.

Q : Do you ship Internationally?

A : Yes. Please refer to the Shipping page. We will have extra charge for the International order.

Q : Payment method for International Customer?

A : We except Paypal, currency in MYR and you may convert it in Paypal Apps
