Welcome to our Mini-Olympics info center!
Here you will locate ALL information pertaining to our 2025 Mini-Olympics as it is released.
Please email customer service with any questions you may have. The Mini-Olympics is a wonderful opportunity for your child(ren) to show off the skills they have been learning! Every participant will get to walk our Opening Ceremonies, perform their skills and routines and be awarded a medal during our awards ceremony!

You can find your student's registration total utilizing the price sheet above! Early Bird Registration begins Monday, April 28th and will close on Sunday, May 11th at 11:59pm. Please note that your child's full cost is due upon registration and must be paid in full prior to the deadline. You may click the link below to register your child for the Mini-O!

Your child will need to have their sizes confirmed at the front desk or email at gss@gymstars.com. You can email to confirm. For leotards, you can come in and try them on.
Preparing for the Show
Now that your student has been registered, it is time to prepare for the show! To do so, your child will need to be in attendance for their class on a weekly basis to ensure they are prepared. Also, stay up-to-date on updates including signing up for picture time slots and purchasing additional spectator tickets. Coming soon!

Spectator Tickets are sold online- INFO coming soon!!!
$9/ ticket during pre-sale
$20/ ticket at the door if they are still available.
All spectators who will be occupying a seat in the audience will require a ticket for entry. Young children under the age of three who may sit on a lap will not require a ticket.
Please reference the session split below to determine which show to purchase tickets for. Your child will be assigned to one show unless otherwise specified.

Picture Day - Day of Mini-Olympics- August 2nd
Mini-Olympics picture day will be hosted here at GymStars, photographed by Capture Culture Films. Individual photos will be taken by appointment only.
**Upon booking a $22 sitting fee will be due to secure your dancers appointment. With this fee your student will be provided (1) free digital download.
