Description of the issue
Go to "Exercise Library"
Tap the "+" button
Enter exercise name and select type (Sets & Reps or Timed)
Tap "Create New Workout"
Add exercises and set default reps/weights
Tap "Save Workout"
When adding an exercise, select "Timed" instead of "Sets & Reps". Use the slider to set your target duration.
Check out "Volume Progress" to see your strength gains over time with interactive charts.
Go to "Goals"
Tap the "+" button
Enter your goal and track your progress
Yes! Go to "Workout History" and tap on any completed workout to view details. You can delete workouts if needed.
Currently, your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend not deleting the app to preserve your workout history.
