GymFlow respects your privacy. This application is designed to help users track workouts and fitness activities.

Information Collection and Use
 GymFlow does not require account creation or login. The app does not collect personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with GymFlow and to improve the app's performance and user experience.

Local Data Storage
 Workout data, schedules, and related information are stored locally on the user's device. This information is not uploaded to external servers.

Data Retention and Deletion
 GymFlow stores workout data locally on the user's device. We do not store user workout data on external servers. Workout data is retained on the user's device until the user deletes it using the "Reset All Data" feature or uninstalls the application. Users can delete their data at any time by using the "Reset All Data" option available within the application settings/profile page.

If users wish to preserve their data before deletion or device changes, GymFlow provides backup export and import functionality that allows users to save and restore their workout information.

Notifications
 GymFlow uses local notifications to remind users about scheduled workouts. These notifications are generated based on schedules created by the user.

Internet and Third-Party Services
 GymFlow currently does not use external APIs, internet services, or backend servers for storing or processing user data.

Backup and Export
 Users may export their workout data for backup purposes. Exported files are controlled and managed by the user.

Advertising
 GymFlow currently does not display advertisements. If advertisements are introduced in future versions, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

Data Security
 Since data is stored locally on the device, users are responsible for protecting their device and exported backup files.
