ThePresence (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Gymbies mobile application (“Gymbies” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Gymbies.
No Account Required
Gymbies does not require you to create an account or log in. The App is designed to work locally on your device.
Information Stored by Gymbies
Exercise Content from Public Repositories
Gymbies may display, use, reference, or incorporate exercise names, descriptions, instructions, categories, images, or other exercise-related content obtained from publicly available repositories, including public GitHub repositories. Such content is used for fitness and informational purposes within the App. Gymbies does not represent that all third-party repository content is owned by ThePresence. Where applicable, content remains subject to the original repository's license, attribution requirements, and the rights of its respective authors or contributors.
Gymbies itself does not intentionally collect personal information on our servers. Information you enter into the App, such as your display name, optional profile photo, workout routines, and progress data, is intended to remain on your device and is not intentionally transmitted to our servers, provided the current App implementation remains as described.
Advertising and Google AdMob
Gymbies uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob and related Google technologies may collect or process certain device, advertising, technical, usage, and ad-interaction information for purposes such as delivering and measuring advertisements, preventing fraud, and supporting advertising features. The information handled by Google is subject to Google's own policies and settings.

Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your personal information. Gymbies does not operate a user account database or backend intended to collect your personal profile or workout information. Third-party services used for advertising may independently process information as described in their applicable policies.
Profile Photos and Permissions
If you choose to add a profile photo, the App may request the device permissions necessary to select or capture the photo. The selected profile photo is intended to remain on your device and is not intentionally uploaded to our servers.
Data Deletion
Because Gymbies does not require an account, there is no server-side user account to delete. Locally stored App data can generally be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, subject to your device's operating system behavior.
Security
We take reasonable steps to keep the App designed with privacy and security in mind. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Gymbies does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or user database. Advertising behavior and applicable settings may be subject to Google's policies and applicable laws.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its features, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will include a revised effective date when appropriate.
